THE SUCCESS CAFE
Where Dreams Are Brewed with Love
Founded in 2007 by Jayda Atkinson, The Success Café is a purpose-driven organization rooted in resilience, restoration, and community care. Inspired by Jayda’s personal rebuilding journey after Hurricane Katrina, The Success Café was created as a living concept—a space where dreams are brewed, nurtured, and brought to life.
In the years following Katrina, Jayda spent countless days walking to coffee shops—any place that offered a seat, a cup of love, and the freedom to sit with her laptop, God, and her purpose. Those spaces became places of vision, healing, and rebirth. It was there that dreams were formed, plans were written, and a new life was imagined.
From that experience, The Success Café was named—not as a physical café, but as a way of being. A space where people can come to rebuild, reflect, and rise again.
Much like a real café, The Success Café welcomes everyone. Some come to receive, some come to give, some come to gather, and some simply come to exist. No pressure. No judgment. Just community.
Through initiatives like Heart to Home, Bags of Hope, and Youth & Second Chance Mentorship, The Success Café uplifts individuals and communities by providing nourishment, support, and opportunities for a fresh start.
At its core, The Success Café believes that service should be rooted in dignity, compassion, and the power of people coming together to help one another rebuild, grow, and thrive.
Our Mission
The Success Café exists to uplift individuals, families, and communities by creating spaces for nourishment, mentorship, restoration, and opportunity. We believe success is not just about achievement—it is about stability, dignity, and the ability to begin again.
Our Impact
Since 2007, The Success Café has supported communities locally and globally through intentional giving, partnerships, and service initiatives.
Through strong relationships with nonprofit agencies, community stakeholders, volunteers, farmers, and food brands, we have been able to significantly reduce operational costs—allowing more resources to go directly to the people we serve.
Our work is grounded in compassion, sustainability, and the belief that community service should meet both immediate needs and long-term growth.
